TQi Core(f) is a facilitator-led version of the TQi Core exercise - designed for internal Facilitators who want a more dynamic team process to help teams grow.

The Facilitator:

TQi Core is a 60-minute card-based online exercise that helps teams see the patterns shaping how they work together. Using 52 Qualities of Practice cards, teams identify their strengths, explore what's needed for the challenges ahead, and leave with shared language and real commitments.
